Disconnect From The Matrix (Part 1)
Uncovering the ways the conventional allopathic medical system keeps you ill, sick & toxic
We Live in a Facade.
The conventional medical system is a complete and utter joke.
Medical errors are the 3rd leading cause of death12
Doctor’s prescriptions are the 4th leading cause of death34
Physicians are committing suicide at a faster rate than most professions globally.567
Let that sink in for a moment.
This article is not here going after licensed physicians, dietitians and other professions who are doing their best what they know at any particular point in time
This article is going to explore why the conventional medical system is failing you and by design.
Let’s explore why this is the case.
Yes. This is a long article. To make this easy for you, here is a short form of why the conventional medical system is a complete & utter joke:

The Consequences Of Conventional Medicine
Disease Management > Building Health & Vitality
It is one of the primary mechanisms that keeps this system alive. Some examples:
GERD? Take a Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI). Take a H2 Blocker. Eat foods that “reduce acid”. Elevate your head.
Parkinson’s Disease? Take Levadopa. Take Levadopa away from meals.
Autism? You’re out of luck. Maybe Behavior therapies? Speech therapies?
If you’ve figured a trend, all conventional medicine solutions are band-aids at best. It helps you manage & coexist with your health problems. No healing process involved.
I hate to say it but it’s designed to keep you hooked to the system, making you a lifelong customer.
It’s like casting a spell. A mass hypnosis. A mass dumbing down of your consciousness.
Hyperbolic? I’ve leave you to decide. 🫵🫵
The Diagnose & Treat Paradigm
This is a core feature of the allopathy which dominates the conventional medical system. It places a huge focus on Disease Entities & labels.
Typically, how this goes is that if you are now paying attention to how ill you are & it manifests in symptoms that adversely affect your quality of life, your healthcare provider diagnoses you.
Based on a big fat medical book of diseases, you are diagnosed with a disease entity or 2 (or 10). Once you are diagnosed with a disease entity, you are prescribed & treated with a remedy. In almost all cases, they are pharmaceutical drugs, surgery & other invasive procedures.
Let’s put this concept to light.
You have someone called Jane who is regurgitating her food and a bit of pain on her chest whenever she eats. It’s affecting her and she feels embarrassed having to eat with her family which she cherishes. She visits her healthcare provider as she has insurance.
Her healthcare provider diagnoses her with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) after taking her concerns and ran some tests such as a manometry & a barium swallow test to confirm GERD.
To treat GERD, she is prescribed omeprazole and told to elevate her head when lying down and to eat an “acid-reducing” diet.
You might think, there’s nothing wrong with this.
Not so fast!
The inherent problem with the diagnose & treat paradigm is that the symptoms you’re having are viewed as a separate entity to you.
It is not.
Your symptoms tell a story. They tell a story about your diet habits, your lifestyle habits, your thought life, your traumas (could be generational), your upbringing, the way your parents or society has conditioned you & how you handle your emotions (and many more). Those symptoms at the current moment are a manifestation of you & how you’ve handled the stress of life.
By taking “prescribing” & “treating” the disease entity you’ve been diagnosed with in the hopes of a “cure”, you’re essentially saying that without the sensation of a symptom, you’re fine, nothing to worry about and my life (& health) is in order.
Don’t delude yourself.
Is this the paradigm that you want to become whole, healed & revitalized in spite of forces wanting you to be ill, sick & toxic?
I’ll leave that for you to decide. 🫵🫵

The Prevailing View Of Health
The prevailing view of the conventional allopathic medical system is two-fold:
Health is the absence of a symptom or disease entity.
The body is broken so you need to be “fixed”
That is incorrect.
The prevailing view that are prerequisites to heal are:
Your health should be viewed as whole, healed & revitalized.
The focus is strengthening your health so the body has a high resistance to all health problems even as you age.
The body isn’t broken. It is adapting in the best possible manner to survive. Imagine if the body didn’t have multiple complex compensatory & adaptive mechanisms? We’d cease to exist!
The Lack Of Real Care & Attention Provided To Patients
The average time that you have with your doctor is between 15 & 20 mins89. Out of those 15-20 mins, a doctor spends communicating with their patient is just seven minutes.
Seven Minutes?!
Yes. Seven minutes.
Seven minutes is enough time to hear a patient describe 1-2 primary symptoms, write a prescription or make a referral to a “specialist”.
However, seven minutes is not enough time to sort through the list possible physical, emotional, environmental, spiritual and lifestyle factors that could be contributing to a patient’s illness.
This is what your health insurance coverage typically covers.
This is what your doctor is restricted to by the insurance company that pays their wages.
This is the nature of the beast.
If you have a serious chronic & severe health condition, don’t you deserve more than seven minutes with the most “qualified” individual in the room so you could possibly be better?
Something to ponder. 🤔🤔
The Education Your Healthcare Provider Receives
There’s a very good chance that you have more insights about nutrition that your doctor.
There’s a very good chance that in taking charge of your health, you probably have more insights than a dietitian.
This is not a dig on these professionals.
Rather, it is a stark reality.
It has been reported that in medical school, doctors receive 20 contact hours in nutrition10, and almost zero training on toxicology (unless taken an elective), circadian biology, quantum biology, and other relevant sciences that relate to human health.
In dietetics school, the vast majority of their education is about calories, macronutrients, micronutrients in isolation & endless arguments on epidemiology. Many dietetics program overlook quantum biology, circadian biology, heavy metal toxicity, retracing and principles of detoxification.
If this is what you look up to and almost treat them as saints because of their ‘many years in school’, you’re in for a very rude awakening.
Your Doctor’s Priorities
I hate to break it to you but your Doctor’s priorities isn’t to help you feel better. Your doctor’s priorities aren’t to restore your health.
It is to meet their quota for how many drugs & what types they prescribe.
It is to protect their medical license.
It is to maintain their relationship to insurance companies that pays their wages.
It is to adhere to the regulations in their jurisdiction.
It is to satisfy their attorneys, a form of “defensive medicine”.
Your Doctor’s priorities isn’t to help you feel better. Your doctor’s priorities aren’t to restore your health.
Your doctor’s priorities are often times not in line with your priorities which is to get your health back on track.
There is a reason why at least half the physicians 55 & older have been sued and 1 in 3 physicians have been sued for medical liability11.
There is a reason why most physicians win their medical liability court cases.
As long as they did the right thing by their licensing board, even though it harmed their patient, they are spared.
Diagnoses & Disease Entities As Your Death Sentence
Joel Osteen typically uses this whenever he’s on the podium and he always says “the medical report…”
This leads me to my point about the depressive nature of the conventional healthcare system.
The only constant in life is change. Everything in life is in a state of flux.
For you to receive say a cancer diagnosis and receive that “you have 6 months left to live” is spiritually damaging.
For you to receive news that “you’ll never be able to birth a child” is soul-crushing.
If there is one criticism of the licensed physicians that I have, it is this.
The other aspect to this facade is the “diagnosis”.
Based on my understanding, the point of the “diagnosis” is to look for disease & abnormalities.
If you have acid reflux, GERD or heartburn, your diagnosis can involve using an endoscopy for your lining of the upper GI tract, Ambulatory pH monitoring to track changes in pH, or a Barium Swallow test to detect narrowing of the esophagus or hiatal hernia.
If you have arthritis, your diagnosis can involve using X-rays to detect where the tissue erosion is occurring or a MRI scan for active inflammation in the soft tissues, joints & tendons.
If you have heart disease, your diagnosis can involve cardiac CT scans to check for narrowing & plaque buildup or a cardiac MRI scan to detect iron deposits, muscle damage, infection or to diagnose for disease.
You see the trend?
The trend is that these diagnoses are looking for dysfunction, abnormalities and disease entities.
They do not lead you to the direction of real solutions. It amplifies what the problem is.
They don’t tell you if you have a nutritional deficiency, a heavy metal toxicity, a toxic chemical overload, nutritional imbalances. These are things that matter & are correctable.
This leads me to my next point.
Lab testing
Lab testing is used to detect a nutritional deficiency, a heavy metal toxicity, a toxic chemical overload, nutritional imbalances. They love to look at cholesterol (LDL, HDL, oxLDL, triglycerides), the thyroid markers (TSH, T4), some immune markers, certain liver markers (albumin, globulin, AST, ALT) and certain kidney markers (GFR etc)
Conventional medicine is routinely called out by the holistic health industry for not assessing enough biomarkers in the realms of a blood test.
For example, conventional medicine & the corresponding health insurance plans do not enough rigorous panels for thyroid markers. Typical health insurance plans assess the TSH, T4 and maybe T3. However, there are other thyroid markers that typically get overlooked such as the anti-TPO, reverse T4, reverse T3, thyroid antibodies etc.
However, there is a bigger problem than just the lack of assessing biomarkers.
The biggest problem for lab testing is four-fold:
Wide Reference Ranges
Lots of Biomarkers
Using Replacement Therapy
Blowing a biomarker out of proportion
Let us explore this further.
Wide Reference Ranges
In my opinion, using wide reference ranges is not about creating standards for peak optimal health. Using wide reference ranges is creating average or ‘normal’ health, a state of health that isn’t you going to the hospital or being bed-bound.
This is one of the most spiritually destructive aspects of the both conventional & holistic health industries point blank.
It doesn’t matter whether you are religious or not. What matters is that you are special, unique, fearfully & wonderfully made.
You have a fingerprint that is unlike anyone else on Mother Earth.
The Bible in Psalm 139:14 says: “I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.”
Using wide reference ranges detracts from the whole, healed & revitalized human being you are & can be, which requires optimal distribution of minerals in the tissues of the body.
This (wide reference ranges) is one of the most spiritually destructive aspects of the both conventional & holistic health industries point blank.
Using Replacement Therapy
Replacement Therapy is summed up with this sentence:
Whatever mineral, hormone, peptide, enzyme or vitamin is high on a lab test are typically treated as excess or toxicity hence intervene in a way that antagonizes that biomarker, eat less of certain foods and avoid certain supplements & vice-versa.
Let give some examples to bring this idea to light in the world of conventional medicine.
High cholesterol? Take a statin drug, stop eating eggs, stop eating red meat
High Blood Pressure? A low-salt diet. Take Losartan. A “heart-healthy” diet (typically an anti-meat bias)
Have you had:
Reduction in cholesterol? Reduction in blood pressure?
Improvements in your overall health (less symptoms, no new symptoms)?
More often than not, this is not the case.
Replacement Therapy is a disease plaguing human intelligence.
Is this something you want to entertain: a mass lack of intelligence & know-how to upgrade your health?
I know I won’t be up be up for that. So should you. 🫵🫵
Blowing a biomarker out of proportion
Conventional Allopathic Medicine tends to completely blows things out of proportion.
Cholesterol is a perfect example. It has been Big Pharma’s biggest mass hypnosis.
If the cholesterol level is beyond a certain value, you’ll get told that “you’ll have a higher risk of heart disease” & “you’ll clog your arteries”. Unnecessary hyperbole.
Even that long-held narrative that high cholesterol causes heart attacks & stroke is up for debate.
If something like this happens to you, you know you’re not going to get a good solution from it.
Lots of Biomarkers
Assessing lots of biomarkers on a blood or urine panel isn’t inherently a bad thing.
What is not good about this are:
It tends not to be good value of money. This is because in my opinion, most doctors, nurses & other healthcare professionals:
Practice Replacement Therapy
Utilize Wide Reference Ranges
Often blow things out of proportion
It creates a lot of complexity and it is very easy for your healthcare provider to overlook certain interrelationships & struggle to connect the dots, if they do that at all.
Let’s Take A Quick Commercial Break
As you may already know, I am a holistic health practitioner rigorously trained with the use of Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).
I will be speaking on the HTMA Online Collective that Valence Nutraceuticals, one of my affiliates are hosting.
As someone who has had acid reflux, I will be sharing my story and some of the patterns & trends I find with people who have acid reflux, heartburn & GERD.

Genetics As Your Fate
Conventional Allopathic Medicine sees our genetics as unchangeable, fixed and something we live with for the rest of our lives.
And while yes, there is a certain part of our genome that is unchangeable such as your skin color, color of your eyes and color of your hair (before it grays), everything else is subject to a state of flux.
There is a reason why “junk DNA” accounts for at least 97% of our genome12. This “junk DNA” regulates gene expression.
Ever heard of epigenetics?
It’s just a fancy way of saying that our external environment shapes our genes.
Don’t let the conventional medical industry leave you helpless, hopeless and leave you to accept mediocrity.
It’s for your own good.
Mass Compartmentalization of the Healthcare System
This is what conventional medicine distributes to us:
Gastroenterologist, hematologist, immunologist, anesthesiologist, endocrinologist, dentist, ophthalmologists, optometrists, neurologists, urology, cardiology, dermatology, oncologists and the rest of the specialties that make up the medical doctors in the conventional medical system13.
You might think that there is nothing wrong with this.
There is.
There are 2 problems with the mass compartmentalization.
The first problem implies that the human body is a machine. Therefore, if a part of the body doesn’t work properly or a biochemical reaction does not take place as it should, it is either “fixed” or “replaced” or “can be done without”.
A gallbladder doesn’t work properly? Take out the gallbladder. You can “do without it”.
Appendix damaged? Take out the appendix. It’s “non-essential”.
Eyes have a cataract or glaucoma? Let’s take out the glaucoma via surgery and put strong antibiotics and steroid drops on your eyes to prevent infection.
You get the gist.
This is a reductionist view to your body.
The body is not a machine where you can insert & remove the parts. It is an organic living organism.
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Which leads to my next point...
The body is interconnected. Every part of the body is interdependent on one another.
Why is it that:
1. Eye problems often have liver problems?14
2. Ear problems often have kidney problems?1516
These things don’t happen by mistake.
However conventional medicine do not delve deeper into these interconnections in the body and in turn it makes all these “specialists” limited in how they could even deliver results, progress & even client satisfaction.
Because there is a lack of collaboration between these specialists, and at times the narrow-mindedness in medical research, it becomes a never-ending merry-go-round and the main casualty of this mess is you.
Do you want to continue entertaining this mess?
I’ll leave that up to you.
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Materialism
Conventional Medicine is materialistic.
They reject perspectives that may give us a better understanding regarding the body that is currently difficult to measure, see or touch.
They reject quantum biology, the somatid theory, the terrain theory, the role of ether & meridians, the mind-body connection, the gut-brain connection, the role of chakras, the existence of the biofield and many more.
I cannot forget between 2020-2022, the height of germophobia in the Allopathic Medical Industry, and how they’ll grind life to a halt over the fear of germs.
Astonishing.
Potential Benefits Of Conventional Medicine?
These are my thoughts of the potential benefits of Conventional Medicine:
Surgery. If you get hit by a car in an accident and got injured pretty badly, a surgery can be life-saving. I know of a friend, Doreen where several years ago was in a bad accident & had to get surgery. Could she be where she is now without it? Only God knows.
The Defibrillator. If someone develops cardiac arrest or arrhythmias, the defibrillator is a godsend. It is a fast way of providing some semblance to the heart rhythm so you don’t drop dead.
The Impaired. Examples are access to wheelchair services, wearing prescription glasses if your eyes are not in good shape. This helps people who are non-functional to a little bit functional. This may put a lid on the depression that ensues of not being able to stand on your own two feet.
The trend? To avoid dropping dead. To put you on a little bit of “artificial” life support until you clean up your health & seek alternative therapies.
The Consequences Of Conventional Medicine
Conventional Allopathic Medicine:
Can lead to you having to file bankruptcy. Bankruptcies due to medical debt is the leading cause of bankruptcy in the United States.
Throws away hundreds upon hundreds of $$ every month in health insurance to see your doctor for seven minutes every few months
Can lead you down the deep end to be hooked on these pharmaceutical drugs, due to all the side effects of one drug which leads to another drug and then another. How are you any different to a drug addict?
Can lead to severe nutritional deficiencies. PPIs can lead to a calcium & B12 deficiency, which may result in osteoporosis. Statins can lead to a deficiency in CoQ10, which can result in dementia. Thiazide diuretics can lead to a deficiency in zinc, which may result in lower back pain & hair loss
Can lead to a bioaccumulation of heavy metals. Antacids is notoriously known to contain aluminium. Some drugs like Lexapro, Dalmane & Prozac contain fluoride. Some Ophthalmic solutions & nasal sprays contain mercury.
Can lead to a severe drop to the quality of your life & a diminished quality of your relationships. Do you want to be present with your kids? Do you want to play golf?
Is this the life you want to live?
Do you want your life to be plagued by the conventional allopathic medical system working as intended?
Before you ever reach out for the Xanax for the anxiety, the Ibuprofen for pain, the omeprazole for GERD, the CT scan for a diagnosis, putting an endoscope down your esophagus, or engage in chemotherapy for cancer, remember the nature of the beast.
What’s the solution to this utter calamity of conventional medicine?
This publication is the beginning of establishing a new paradigm of your health & healing, one that sees you whole, healed & revitalized.
Thanks. Signing off! 🫡🫡
